I remember this plant from childhood and I have always had an eye for her (it is in the Buckwheat and Knotweed family). At the farm where I pull weeds in exchange for flowers they have several varieties, some of which are three feet tall! I forage some every time I cut flowers there. Not sure why this plant has captivated me so. Love love love.
